We price per clinic, on how many practitioners use it, which modules you switch on and how much AI you run — so there is no list price to quote you honestly. What we can commit to is the speed: tell us those three things and you get a written figure within one working day, before any demo and with nothing to sign. No setup fee, no per-seat charge for front-desk staff, and no charge for the patient app. Implementation and migration are quoted separately because they are work, not a subscription.
